I am new to skinning and want to add a 2nd TopPane. This TopPane is just a single row that sits under the 1st TopPane like the example below. I added the 2nd row to the .aspx page but it is not showing up. Is there somewhere else I need to make changes?

<tr>
<td class="toppane" colspan="3" id="TopPane" runat="server" valign="top" align="center"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td class="toppane" colspan="3" id="TopPane2" runat="server" valign="top" align="center"></td>
</tr>

"I added the 2nd row to the .aspx page"

Do you mean the .asCx page?

As far as I can tell, that should work - post a link to the site..?  Also need to see your CSS, and need to know if you have a valid DocType.
