Works fine in IE8 and some issues in IE 7, it was never meant as a production skin.
It's an example how to create a submenu, the styling / css is up to you...

Thanks for getting back. I was so glad to see the sample skin at first on FF. Then I realized it does not work on IE ( I tested on both ie6 and ie7, and safari ). I will try to figure out the ie issue since I really like dnnnav menu and I have been using it on all my sites. Right now the only problem is to render the unordered list. It would be great if someone could share a solution.

I just posted a corrected version which works a bit better in IE7, I did not test in IE6.

BTW, the problem is that NAV renders a lot of CSS inline, which makes it difficult to style.
Although I created these examples for the community, I would not advise anybody who wants a regular UL menu to use it for that.
It's possible, but there are better solutions out there...
If I have time I'll create an UL menu that uses the same classes without the inline styles, but I cannot tell you when.
(contrary to what some people seem to think, I'm not the developer of NAV menu)

Just to confirm the newly posted version works on ie6, ie7 and safari. :-) Even though this is not perfect it at least might give a better seo results since now we have the links showing for the menus. The UL approach would be great. Hopefully there will be something for that in the future. Thank you for the work. That really helps.
