Hello, I am quite new to DNN and I have run into a few problems. I am creating a simple website and I am using a simple free skin inspired by nina (Portal non_flash).

I would like to enlarge the name of the page at the top of the screen. It is not obvious and can not be noticed easily. I would also like to place a few links at the bottom of the page close to the Terms and privacy statement links.

Please can anyone tell me how I can do this??? Also please can anyone advise me on a cool links module to get, one that can be placed on the left hand side of the website on all pages and will show the site menu.???

for altering text display, you need to modify CSS class, use developer toolbar (available for FireFox and built into IE 8 - press F12) to identify CSS class applied.

To add links you need to modify the skin source file, usually skinname.aspx and add the links, where appropriate.
