I am using the SOL part menu.  I am not  able to get all of the images to line up correctly within all the browsers. In Mozilla it l0oks and works great but in IE, and Chrome menu parts are off set.

see link

we did not have this problem before we added the skinname_doctype.xml file.  Any help will be appreciated.  Please let me know if I need to provide more information.

Thanks.

My advise to use a XHTML doctype, did not consider you are using solpart menu.

It does not work correctly in IE8. Solpart is legacy (and also still in use with a lot of commercial / legacy skins)

Solpart will not be updated anymore, it has been replaced by NAV with the DNNMenu provider.

(see the updated skin object documentation on this page: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Development/Forge/GroupSkinning/Downloads/tabid/1254/Default.aspx)
