Hi.

In my project the design wants this:

How can I do that?

It’s possible to implement this, but I do not think it’s for the forum. One has to play with it and see what works.
Anyway, as a far shot, I think you should base it on a background image with the same image you show here  and set the other elements accordingly.
Try using the class names that the code produces (identify them with firebug) and implement the css of the links so the active area of the links will cover the appropriate part of the BG.

Use the input selector for the text boxes to have the same style as the background of the input in the image.

One more thing, I would set a static page with account login module and not a skin object.
Again, is just a blind shot.
