I had a problem where my page was loading the skin.css file twice.  I finally got smart and searched the Make It Hot! forum where Timo and Robax answered it for me.  But now I have another question:

My custom skin package has several different skins in it. Most of them use the skin.css file but a couple use custom css files. I just checked it and those that use the custom css file are also loading the skin.css file. So if I name my skin.css file something different so DNN won't automatically load it will my renamed skin.css file be loaded in the wrong order?  I guess my other option is to pull those skins with custom css files out of the skin package and create seperate packages for them.

Thanks for your help.

Are the skins themselves called "custom"?
If you skin has a name" MySkin.ascx, it will load a MySkin.css file if it exists.

Timo-

Thanks much for the reply. I didn't know that. So DNN will auto load a css file that is the same name as the skin OR a css file named skin.css?

Both will be loaded if they exist.

That was a handy reply since I am doing my skin clean-up today.

Thanks Jan.
