Have you checked the CSS files to see if the skin designer included one in the other?  There are actually quite a few CSS files loaded in DNN.

Thanks Jeff.

Yeah, the skin.css is the first thing I checked.

When I deleted the line calling the image from the default.css the "file not found" error went away.

I'm having a similar problem to what you described in your first post - two instances of the skin.css file being called out.  For whatever reason, I can't search the forum (keep getting A critical error has occurred. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.) to find the post you referred to.  Can you clue me in to what they told you the problem was?  In the research I've done so far, it seems that it's common for a developer to include a link to the skin.css file in the skin.ascx file, creating the two skin.css callouts, but I don't have that happening in this case.  I'm stumped.  Hopefully, whatever worked for you will work for me!  Thanks.

Hi Roadshow

First, when you need to search the DNN forums use this site (Timo's site) -  http://www.searchdotnetnuke.com/   The search feature in the DNN core forums module has been broken for years.

Second, is the css file being loaded twice called skin.css?  If so you have a link somewhere calling it.  The best thing to do is load all your ascx files and/or html files in Dreamweaver or code editor and search for the word "link" - you should find the link calling your skin.css file pretty quick.
