Hi,

I'am still using the old DNN blue and gray skin.
The skins do their job very well for me.
Now, they are a lot of fancy looking skins on the market.
Are they better performing than the "old guys" I'am using?
Is there any good reason I spend money on a new skin?

Regards, Ton

Ton,

some Skins will have improved performance, some will be slower due to fancy stuff.

If correctly created, they will look fine in all latest browsers (DNN_Blue was created for Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1)

A new skin will signal your visitors, that you are up2date and take care of your site - give it a try.

Hi, you dont have to buy all of your skins, there a lot of free skins you can use, learn from, change, tune, etc.

Google 'free dnn skin' for example. A good place to start is at Nina Meiers dnnskins.com, although some of them need an 'update' if you want them to validate for xhtml.
