I recently installed a website and upgraded another.

I selected the default skin for both websites. On the newly installed website at the top right are 6 icons. They are three for font size and three for width of the page. On the upgraded website the skin looks the same but the six icons are not displayed at the top right of the page. I would appreciate knowing what the difference is and how I can make the pages look the same.

regards, Mark

I think the upgrade does not have the new skin in it, but you can get it from the install package (full install, not the upgrade) and install it separately.

The skin install zip file should be in the install/skins folder in the package
