I was looking at the new leftmenu skin options incluced with MinimalExtropy v 1.0.5 and have detected a possible bug where the leftmenu will create duplicate entries in the menu.

Here is an easy way to duplicate on a clean DNN 5.2.2 site:

1. Apply the "index leftmenu 1280" skin.
2. Create a child page "Child1" under "Home"
3. Navigate to "Child1" page.  You now have 1 "Child1" entry in the LeftMenu..
4. Using the Control Panel, select "RightPane" for the location where you want to add a new "HTML" module, but do not add the module yet .  When you select a pane location, DNN shows a pane location animation to showing you which pane you selected.  When this animation starts, a new "Child1" entry appears in the leftmenu.  You can select a different pane location in the control panel, and each time you change the pane location, a new "Child1" entry appears. 

This is the easiest way to see this problem.  I also ran into it on a testing intall of a site that uses the Catalook ecommerce modules.  I applied to MinimalExtropy leftmenu skin to see how it would perform, and I ran into this issue on the page with the Catalook cart module.  When I delete an item from the Catalook cart, the module refreshes with the revised list of items.  After this refresh, all of the menu entries in the LeftMenu were duplicated.

Also, refreshing the page does not get rid of the duplicate entries. 

Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it?
