I am using Community version 4.9.2.  I have created a skin with the Copyright reference commented and have hard-coded my own Copyright verbiage.  As long as I am running the code locally, all is well.  If I am executing the code on the Dev server, I see any changes to the copyright in the DNN Settings pages, but not in the site pages themselves!!  I have verified that DNN is not using the Site Settings Copyright value.  I have verified that it is not using a value from the DB or Resx files.  I have verified that the Portal and Admin skin choices are pointing to the same place.  Please tell me I am just making some rookie mistake.

Are any of your other skin changes visible on the server? I imagine it is likely something simple, like you are uploading the skin to one portal folder, but the site is actually using the skin in the host level /portals/_default/skins instead of /portals/0/skins

Doing a View Source I noticed that the references to the css files were indeed on the _default level and an entirely different skin! At least I know where it is getting its values.

One last note:  The problem was that DNN wrote the initial skin selection to the Tabs table SkinSrc column for the tabs involved.  But it never updated the table afterward.

Can anyone tell me where in the 4.9.2 DB the Portal Settings for AdminSkin and PortalSkin are stored/
