I am using In-grey skins. There is a large blank area appearing below 'banner pane 5' and the logo/date but above the page tabs and 'top pane'. It looks to me like there is some hidden design element associated with 'banner pane 5'. Take a look at the actual site to see the issue.

Any thoughts?  John

Unfortunately you will likely need to contact the person who created the skin to ask them what they have the spacing in there for. It looks to be defined in the .header_pad class in the skin.css file

John,

As Chris has pointed out the setting is in the .header_pad CSS class within the skin.css stylesheet. If you have access via ftp, I'd go in here and remove the height setting from this class. It should then collapse if there is no content in it.

Remember to make a copy of the file before you make any changes, just to be safe.

Regards,

Rick.
