Can anyone give a hand on how to get at that little strip of white at the top of the screen. I need to change its color. I'm pretty sure it's easy but I just can't get it. Thanks alot in advance.

Put this into your css file.

.controlpanel {
width: 100%;
background-color: #dddddd;
}

Thank alot for your reply.  That doesn't seem to be doing the trick.  That is changing the color of the Control Panel however the ControlPanel.contentframe is still the same.  Display element information with the developers toolbars reveals that it is called "td#dnn_ControlPanel.contentpane" under .skinmaster.  However it does change when I alter the ".contentpane" attributes, though this also changes the center content pane down below.  Do you know if there is a way to target this one specifically?  Now this is alot more evident in Firefox, and in IE it is only a very thing white line at the top. ???

this is what it looks like
