Is it possible to style the breadcrumb based on the segment?

I would like the actual current page to have one style, while the parent pages to have another style.   In addition, I would like to ideally be able to specify what the seperator is between the diffent segments.  For example:

You Are Here:    Level 1 )) Level 2 )) Current Page

Hi there, see this article I wrote to customize the breadcrumb. You should be able to add the separator in there using the HTML characters or the actual HTML markup.
