I'm trying to get one continuous background even past the main content of the page, and when I attempt to do that by messing with the entropy skin I just changed the code to point to a new image:

#Body {background:#FFF url(images/body2.png) repeat-x top left; height:100%; margin:0; padding:0; }

However this only covers the area around the main content and not the footer which includes the copyright and such - yet I want the image to be continuous and not tiled. What am I missing? I'm sure it's a dumb mistake, but any help would be appreciated.

You will either need to place a larger image in there if you want it to be continuous, or have the image fade into a solid color which you place behind the image so that it continues on after the image fades away. That or make it repeat in the Y direction as well (which you said you don't want to do)
