I was asked to find out why does clicking the Preview link next to the Page Skin dropdown result in the loss of all data entered into the settings page? My client was using the Copy Page functionality and had entered the page name, title and description, then clicked the preview link after selecting the page skin. The page displayed the skin devoid of modules. The only way back to the settings page was to hit the browser back button. The settings page was then cleared of all information entered into the form before previewing the skin. Is this one of those "just don't do that" moments?

My guess is that this was a UI oversight, in reality that link should open in a new window, leaving the existing content open.

You might record it as an enhancement as a request at http://support.dotnetnuke.com.
