I have someone creating a skin for me, this is his first time and we can't the skin to work when we upload it.  He are his questions that I can't answer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. I noticed that the positioning elements of the CSS are not working. The class on the body tag was removed (perhaps when Dot Net Nuke processed it) which is what would cause this. The class needs to be "twoColFixLtHdr". I believe this will fix one of the problems. Is it possible to alter the body tag after the page it's in has been processed? If not, I can alter the CSS file.

2. Only one nav bar shows up (should be two on the home page and three on every other). Am I not able to use more than one solpartmenu token? If so, I will build the quick links and side links manually.

3. The container won't load in the content pane. I have no idea why this is. The container html file consists of only a table, just like in the example given in the Skinning Guide. I used the contentpane token to placehold it on the main html pages. What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions?

If this is his first time it's going to be MUCH better to give him full information rather than just try answering q's.

Point him at Joe Brinkmans blog series on skinning.  Here is part one. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/B...

If he knows all this already then he can quickly skim it and pick out what he really needs.  If he does not know it then he NEEDS to study it.

Best wishes,

1. No, use an extra div with the class inside the body tag, the body tag in the HTML  skin is removed automatically
2. Don't know if you can use multiple solpart menus, but you shouldn't even use one. It's legacy and does not work correctly in some modern browsers.
Use DNN menu instead. Multiple NAv emnus example: http://dnnskinextensions.codeplex.com...
3. There should be a contentpane in the container too.
