Is there a CSS editor that will make editing the DNN skins easier???

Personally, I use Notepad++ for editing all my CSS / Skin files. (link)

However, if you're talking about a more WYSIWYG editor, not really as far as I know. Artisteer comes pretty close but you'll still get far better results coding by hand in my experience.

Otherwise, I've seen some people use MS Visual Web Developer to allow them to hook into some of the object properties, however I've never gotten it setup to work like this properly (maybe due to the way I'm networked to the hosting server, not really sure).

For the skins I work on, I either start with a stripped out .ascx file that contains only the bare minimums (control panel, content pane, menu, login control) and then build up from there.
