Hi,

I'm upgrading my ddn from 5.2.2 to 5.5.1.
All modules and comportement work great but i have a  big problem:

the global.css of my skin is use in safari / chrome , so it look nice...
but in IE / Firefox / Opera,  the global.css is not used 0_0 , just the default.css from _default.

Have you an idear of the origine of that comportment ?

Thanks for coming advices

did you make sure, the css file is valid syntax - some browsers might be more strict than others...

Not sure if it is relevant, but when building skins, I normally create the filenames to match the skin... ex:

MySkinName.ascx
MySkinName.css
MySkinName.doctype.xml

Then, if I have to pull in other CSS files, I'll use an @import rule at the top of the MySkinName.css file (I sometimes will break out the menu stylings into it's own menu.css file).

Don't know if this will help, but I have seen it clear up some issues.

a css file with same name as the skin file or named "Skin.css" should be imported by DNN implicitely
