I was trying to create a skin with a html file. I got an error message "Access to the path 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\dotnetnuke\portals\_default\skins\myskin\myskin.htm' is denied." while dnn was trying to parse the html file. I do not undertand why. My skin folder has read and write permission. Thanks

did you grant full permissions to the windows account, used by ASP.Net (as configured in IIS App Pool Settings)?
