Hey guys ... new to the forum here.

Desperately need some assistance ... and pardon me if my spelling is bad, I'm about at wits end with this issue. I know it's a CSS issues, just can't find it. I have a css, pretty standard one used for doing DNN skins. I have a background on the root level of the solpart menu. I don't want the background on the sub menus, just the root. No matter what I do, I can't get it to only show up on the root menus. Any idea? I can send code or a link to the css. A whole day of messing with this, and I'm stumped! I want it to go away on the subs!!!

Thanks in advance!

Dear Russiansks

Here you can see the code how solpartmenu renders a submenu (only the code for the layout).

<div class="spmsub MainMenu_SubMenu" display: yes;">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
   <tbody>
   <tr class="spmitm MainMenu_MenuItem" savecss="" saveselcss="" style="">
       <td class="spmicn MainMenu_MenuIcon" style="border-top: 1px solid transparent; border-left: 1px solid transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;"><img src="icon_hostsettings_16px.gif" alt="&nbsp;Host Settings"></td>
       <td class="spmitm MainMenu_MenuItem" savecss="" title="" style="border-top: 1px solid transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;" nowrap="NOWRAP">&nbsp;Host Settings</td>
       <td class="spmarw MainMenu_MenuArrow" style="border-top: 1px solid transparent; border-right: 1px solid transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;" width="15"><img src="spacer.gif"></td>
   </tr>
</table>
</div>

As you can see the submenu is in a div-tag.
There are different cssclasses that occurs.
1 :: spmsub: this is the standard backcolor: #dfdfdf
2 :: the css in the MainMenu_SubMenu
3 :: all the css classes in the MenuItems... have a closer look...

  Hope this will help you.
