I put javascript  into the header part under the advanced tab. It was working fine on the site, then it stopped showing up and so did the navigation on that page. In the backend where the Text/HTML module is it has a box with {2} in it and says ##LOC[OK]## ##LOC[Cancel]##. I cannot edit it or delete it.
I have been looking everywhere and found no solutions. I am not sure how to remove it or what even happened.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's definitely something wrong with your java script. But just to make sure, remove the script and see if you're still getting the same issue. I tried looking for some solutions on google, but didn't find anything that has to do with your type of error. I'll keep looking though :)

Yeah I am not sure whats up with the script. I cannot access the module to delete it. The setting and edit options are not available for it. I am not sure if I can delete it through the database, or even how to locate it there. I have been searching all over the internet for solutions but nothing yet.
