I've spent the evening figuring out what css settings had to be changed so a background image would show through all the modules.

I finally got that to work.

Then I scrolled lower down the page and realized that the image stopped partway down the page.

I found where to set the background-repeat:repeat css setting so the background image would tile both horizontally (the default) and vertically (not the default).
(skin.css #body)

The image tiles perfectly to the bottom of the page all around the borders of the content area..

However, it stops partway down the content area.    At first I thought it was a problem with the lower modules not being transparent, since they were of a different type.

That's not it.  I moved the "problem" module to the top of the content page and it was perfectly transparent, just the way I wanted it to be.

However, that moved a perfectly transparent module lower on the page, below the area where the image was tiling.

I even changed the container.css #body entry to background-repeat:repeat, but no change.

Any ideas?

(Note: I picked this background image because it's small and it's pretty easy to see where it repeats, not because this is the one I'll use. The one I want to tile with is seamless when it tiles.)

Here's a sample page:

Thanks!
