I'm attempting to do the ddrmenu stuff following what's on the dnn garden website, but it seems to have a problem(probably me) ;0
Maybe there is a complete skin example that I can copy of a dnngarden site(would have grabbed the contest winners but those still aren't up), then I don't have to bother everyone here on the forums.

Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/6/Skins/triadskin/index.ascx, Error: Could not load file or assembly 'DNNDoneRight.DDRMenu' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It won't be the skin. 

That message is pretty clear it cannot load the assembly.  So have you checked that it is there (in the bin folder)? 

If the file is there, I have hit this problem myself and it just went away after a while.  You might find that a stop/start of IIS will shake everything into place.
