Does any one has Idea about, how to create the module package or Skin package...

Hi,
If you are a bignner with DNN, I suggest first create a package of an exsiting skin on the DNN website as a sample. Go: Admin-->Extensions, select a skin, click the edit image buttion, then click the "Create Package", next.. Finally you can find the package at the "Install/Skin/" under the root of your DNN website.
When you want to create your own skin package, just refer to the file structure in the package created by yourself above. Especially note the .dnn file, every file that is definited in the .dnn file should be included in your package(zip file).
