How do I change the background image on this skin?

Change the Skin.css (Line 16) to look like this:

p {margin:0;padding:0 0 1em 0;}
ul li{list-style:disc;}

I am a complete newbie to dnn, so please guide me if I am in the wrong place.

I am trying to find if it would be possible, even better, without code, to make the dark Knight skin a fluid width skin.

I am ok with CSS so in case if it needs some tweaking I can do.
