I have used the Hostname control on a website and notice that the redirect is happening in the same window and taking me away from the original site. How can I add  target="_blank"" to open the host link in a separate window? I tried adding it in the skin ASCX and the Admin\skin\hostname.ascx neither worked (or I coded it wrong). Any advice how this can be achieved please?

that should work fine - i'd recommend you recycle the site in case you're seeing a cached value (e.g. host->host settings, recycle site or else use the link in the 6.0 ribbonbar)

Thanks gentlemen, The problem was the cache. I added the target="_blank" to the admin\skins\hostname.ascx file successfully.
