Anyone know of a way to set a default container for a specific module? For instance, if I were to place a Links module on a page, I would always want to use the same container. Is there a way to specify that? I know it is possible on a skin level to set a default container for a content pane.

Thanks

No, Im not aware of any way - you can set a default container for a pane (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Set-default-Container-for-Panes-in-your-Skin.aspx) but you can't then set a default pane for the module. Note: you can of course create a page template that has an instance of the module in a particular pane and use this when a page is created.

Yes you can in a way, but not with the use of a container.
As every module is wrapped in a div with a class indicating what module it is you can address that in your CSS.
for instance the HTML module gets this class: DnnModule-DNN_HTML
Add your CSS for that class to skin.css and you can style every HTML module.
Or use .RightPane . DnnModule-DNN_HTML to style only HTML modules in the rightpane.
