Hi

I'm having a problem with the Mega2DNN template from codeplex.

I have a  DNN6 site , an ongoing project upgraded from 5.6 install.

I had to manually load the Mega2DNN template on to the site. The menu bar shows, I think all tags are correct, files in correct folder etc, but the submenu does not show on hover.

The only thing i can find which does not look right to me is the following script entry in the site source

script type="text/javascript">if (!(window.jQuery && window.jQuery.fn && window.jQuery.fn.hoverIntent)) document.write(unescape('%3Cscript src="/Portals/0/Skins/Frisby.Black/Mega2DNN/hoverIntent.js" type="text/javascript"%3E%3C/script%3E'));</script

Anyone any ideas??

thanks in advance

Yes, the test site can be accessed at:

http://fstest.amagi.co.uk/

The home page is standard menu, any inner page is Mega2Dnn menu

Hi

If I disable skin.css ( in firefox developer toolbar ) the menu does work so I think that you have a z-index issue

try setting the z-index for the menu and the sub items very hight like 9999 since i see you have a nr of 1000 z-index

else look in skin.css if perhaps you override somethign by using the same classes

Thanks Armand

Once I disabled skin.css, I finally tracked it down to an overflow:hidden in a style higher up in the sheet, though the z-index did also need to be adjusted, as there was conflict with another style in default.css.

Still need to adjust the z-index on elements on some individual pages for some reason, but at least I can see the menu now!
