we need to set the page links as image in the DotNetNuke(dnn), mean the home page link should be image not text and contact us separate image, about us separate image, and the drop down are to be separate images, how i can do this?

This will require a little CSS magic to get perfect. But on every page if you go to Page Settings > Advanced Settings: You can set the Icon and Large Icon. The Icon will show up along side the text for the page name by default.

With some CSS you can simply hide the text so only the image displays.
