It also doesn't help that my computer doesn't recognize me as an administrator account, thus stopping me dead when following along with the module set up.

I somehow don't have administrative access so I can't save the settings. I'm stuck now.

Okay, fixed that problem, but now I got build errors. I need to include things from DNN, but I don't know what. What files do I need to include and under what tabs do I need to do it?

Eventually - whatever you do - you will need some environment where you can develop code and you will need a way to get that code onto your server.

If you have access to an environment where you can set up a test install of DNN that is much better.

I already have that, but I still need to include the correct files so I won't get errors.
