I need to add an additional link in the footer for our California Privacy statement this would be in addition to our standard Privacy statement and wondering best way to accomplish? Do I need to create a new skin object similar to the Privacy object or is there an easier solution? If I do need to create a skin object is it possible to duplicate the Privacy object or use as template?

You could create a skin object, or you could simply create a page for the new policy, put the content on that page. Then modify your skin to include the HTML to link to that newly created page.

another option would be a menu bar with a hidden parent, being used to display a second Link List menu in the skin displaying all childs of it.
