I have been trying to create a dynamic skin proxy that will choose the skin to load based on a QueryString value. I found what appeared to be a promising example and the code works to a point. The code does choose and attempt to load the correct Skin. However I get the following error:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>).

After hours of searching I found that the error was caused by both my Proxy file and the Skin file containing the following:

Inherits="DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin"

Unfortunately, removing this from either file causes other not nice things to happen. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this. Thanks.
