Hello,

I am currently looking into the Morpheus skin, and am wondering about quite a few things actually.

If anyone could honestly answer these questions - or anyone of them that you can, would be greatly appreciated.

1) Is there support - if so how do you contact them?

2) Does this product really do what is says it does?

3) Can you add other skins to this product and customize?

4) Is there a demo anywhere out there - like a 30 day trial?

  1. support is by the vendor, primarily via the support link in the store
  2. you get a skin with a tool (SkinLab) to apply modifications. I have a client, who succeeds in using it (although it is a bit tricky, they say).
  3. if you want to add your own skins, you need to modify them, allowing for UI modifications - but we haven't tried that
  4. AFAIK not, but please ask the vendor.

Buyer beware.  The support is lacking.  In fact, I am having a difficult time getting them to even respond to my support requests.  They've basically resorted to ignoring my support requests.
