Well, I will try to explain clearly.... I need to change my contact details on my website. When I log in I can change the contents on any page but not on the main frame (not sure how what is the right term for it but that's the part of the site which is similar to all pages). I use a mac.

I have a website designer who does it for me but cannot get hold of him and need to change it asap.

Hope anyone can help

it depends on the design of your site, whether the contact details are hard coded in the skin or taken from Admin > Site Settings or an item in Admin > Languages. What is the URL of your site?

Hi Nicolas, as far as I can see from the source code, the Phone number is hard coded in the Skin file of your site. You need file system access to the web server to make changes in the Skin files, either using Remote Desktop, FTP or a file manager provided in the hosting panel (if you don't know, please contact your hosting provider, which options you have). You need to locade the skins file inside /portals/1/clement/ folder, it needs to be a file ending in .ascx. You may edit it using a text editor like famous Notepad.exe and search for "+44". edit the number, save and re-upload the file (making a backup first is always a good idea). Press Shift-F5 in your browser to reload the page, when viewing it for the first time. HTH
