All,

Today I created a few new portals in DNN 6.1.5, created a new page, applied my own skin and exported it as a page template.  When I try to create a new page from the top host menu and apply the new page template, the page is created but the template settings aren't applied.  The skin on the page is the dark knight skin instead of the one I saved to the page template.

I can change the skin manually and it does work when I use the "import" feature but I'd prefer for my portal users to use the page template since they've used it in the past.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Mark

AFAIR using a template for a page does not override skin and container settings in the same dialog.

Sebastian,

Was it always like that? I know I've applied page templates to new pages. Maybe it works on "blank" portals? I'm sure I've done it in the past but can't recall the exact details.

Thanks,
Mark
