Hi,

 thanks for reply my earlier posts.

 Now  My menu is working fine, but now what client is asking, the submenu should be openes by default for the selected item and when user mouse hover on another item then the sbumenu of that parent should be displayed in place of the opened submenut, when mouse out the opened sub menu shoul be displayed again, please guid eme.

 This is very very urgent, please guide me

I want  similar functionality to http://www.landrover.in/land-rover-in-action.asp . please guide me

There's no default / simple option for that, you'll have to create some custom CSS.
I'm sorry but I'm not going to write it for you, I have my own client to work for :-)

I would start by saving a copy of the example site and have a look at what CSS / JS is used there...
