I would like to know if it is possible to display a page without the header, footer or menu? I would like to include it in another site just containing a simple form, but don't want the menu, header or footer to display. Thanks for the help!

Yes, you can. Create a copy of the skin you are currently using and remove all the HTML you don't want.
There are some blog available about skinning with more information on where to locate the correct files.

This is an example: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...

(make sure you work on a copy of the skin, don't edit the original).
