I have a problème with the menu in my portal, version 6.1.3.
My portal is made of the home page (not visible in the menu) and 18 pages under the home page (only 7 pages have to display in the menu).
In my skin, the menu uses SOLPARTMENU provider. It is displayed horizontally, with a link for each page (no scrolling menu).

When I go in the home page, no problem, the menu displays correctly.
The problem is when I display another page, the menu is empty.

In the skin, I played with the different values of level attribute (root / child / parent / same), but I don't have a good result.

What's wrong? Must I change my page tree ?

I have checked it, the same skin is used on every page and it is the default skin.

As Richard said Solpart is legacy and not developed any more.
It fails in modern browsers.

The best thing to do is to switch to DDR menu which can be used as a Solpart replacement (and more)
