Armand - No, this is in internal website, so I can't easily show it.

Timo - I checked everything. I changed skins, even reverting back to the darkknight skin, placed different modules on the page and changed their containers and it resulted in the same thing. This only works for thehost account. The drop down menu works perfect for the host account but not for my Windows account (I'm using the AD authenticator). I also created a test account within DNN and that didn't work either.

Does the host account load something that doesn't get loaded for any other user? It seems rather odd that it would work fine for the host account but no other account.

Also, I'm open to suggestions for a work around. I tried putting the menu in a skin but wasn't able to figure out how to get it to work correctly because it uses ajax to execute code and it wasn't firing the code.

Thanks,
Mark

I have exactly the same problem. And there are many of us. Check google, this problem is massive!

Example page of this problem: http://mcj.infomedia.si/Yamaha.aspx
The white menu on the left pane shows below other modules. Again the menu works perfect for the host account.

The upper main menu (black) uses the same codebehind as side menu and it works if it is used in Skin. If that same css code from main menu is used in menu module (left menu) it doesn't work.

I'm searching the solution for a long time now...

@matej - this worked for me in forebug on your site. You would have to modify that there is no right padding anymore and the items align so there is no break on the hover

jQuery("#sidecssmenu").hover(

function() {
jQuery(".DnnModule").removeClass("DnnModule").addClass("adminhelper");
jQuery(".dnnActionMenuTag").hide(); // top is usually enough but sometimed these also misbehave
}, function() {
jQuery(".adminhelper").addClass("DnnModule").removeClass("adminhelper");
jQuery(".dnnActionMenuTag").show(); // top is usually enough but sometimed these also misbehave
});
