1. Login as host user
2. Use the Control Bar at top of page to select Host --> Extensions
3. Click on Install Extension Wizard button
4. Click on Choose File
5. Locate and select the skin pakage (zip archive) previously downloaded to your local system
6. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

You will then need to modify either the default skin in Admin --> Site Settings or in a particular page's settings to apply the newly installed skin.

Alternatively, you may be able to use the More Extensions tab (on the Host --> Extensions page) to brows the DotNetNuke Store for available skins, purchase the skin, and download/install it automatically.
