i've created a page as splash screen.

how to disable/remove menu only on that page ?

Eileen is right, but if you just must use one skin then you can do this, assuming you are doing your skin with ascx and not tokens.

Wrap your skin with a div like this:


Find the page id for the page you wish to hide the menu then do something like this in your css:
#Page123 .Menu { display: none; }
