I have editted the member directory module.css file so that it displays just the avatar with the username under it.  It looks perfect in chrome and safari.  However, in IE, the username isn't positioned directly under the avatar.  There is a large gap and this gap randomly "closes" itself if you scroll around a bit.  Is there a way to fix this?

Also, another problem I have is with the advanced search for the directory.  The label for Departments is missing.  I'm not sure what file needs to be edited to fix this.

<div class="dnnFormItem">
<label for="Department"></label> <!-- missing label -->
<input type="text" placeholder="" id="" name="Department" data-bind="value: AdvancedSearchTerm4"/>
</div>
