There are two options to place modules side by side:

  1. insert two panes one beside the other into the skin you apllied to your site
  2. use a third party module, that allows arranging multiple modules inside (see www.snowcovered.com)

you cannot add multiple containers side by side into a single pane, therefore you need to modify the skin and add split the current pane or add two panes on top of the current, that shrinks to height=0, if they don't have content. Have a look at the skinning document, how to alter the skin.

ok thanx for mention...

but i want now to edit my skin and split the "top Pane" to be two panes.....

from where can i make this?? from ascx file? my skin code is :

<TR valign="top">
<TD class="leftpane" id="LeftPane" runat="server" valign="top" align="center"></TD>
<TD class="contentpane" id="ContentPane" runat="server" valign="top" align="center"></TD>
<TD class="rightpane" id="RightPane" runat="server" valign="top" align="center"></TD>
</TR>

should i change the underlined code and splite this pane to two data table?
