Hello,

 This should be very basic, but somehow I can't get it to work in DNN 7.

I have three top menu items (page1, page2, page3).  When I'm down in the pages below page1, I want a DDR menu to show only the items that are child pages of page1.

I thought this could be done with the NodeSelector="RootChildren" but that doesn't return any pages. By now I have tried several options but nothing worked for me (yet)  I use the standard XSLT styleshee. Can someone please give me a hand in the right direction?

Thanks for your reply!

mm aren't you looking for CurrentChildren?

what I usually do is handle this in xsl. I make a new menu template and i first check if @breadcrumb is 1 adn then i do another check for level and if level=1 i dont do anythign and call the template again with an updated level + 1 and if level = 2 or higher then i just call the nromal tempalte.

this way I never have to deal with figuring out the nodeslector but can handle all in xsl

Hello Armand,

 Thanks for your reply. That's it indeed. I solved it through the xslt by adding the breadcrumb criteria to the 'select=node':

 <xsl:template match="/*">
    <ul class="menusm" id="menu-top-menu">
          <xsl:apply-templates select="//node[@breadcrumb=1]" />
    </ul>
  </xsl:template>

thanks a lot!!
