This seams like it's done DNN. When I print a page from DNN it will print out the full url for links.

Does anyone know why that is?

Kathy,

I think there is some CSS somewhere that may be doing this.

Couple of options: You can try another skin and if that does not work you can place the following CSS in the module setting header inside <style> tags.

@media print
{
       a:after{content:" " !important;}
}
