Hi,

I am trying to update a skin and I get the following error:  The dnn version is 7.1.0

Failure:  Skin already installed with a different package name.

I have deleted the skin from the Host Extensions:

I have removed the files from File Management

I removed the skin from /_default/skins and /_default/containers

I removed the skin from /0/skins and /0/containers

I cleared cache and restarted the application and I still am getting it.

Is there somewhere else that files are hanging around.

Any suggestions?

I really need help on this.

Thanks,

James

Hello James;

This has been previously reported as  DNN-5500 and is now fixed for 7.3.2
