I have a DNN 7.4.X Site, I have an internal responsive website of which I purchased a skin that seems to have a pretty bad page flicker that happens as the optimized CSS page finishes loading. ITS ANNOYING... seems worse in Google Chrome...
It happens every-time you visit the page with this particular Skin... I have tried following:
Re-optimized images - CSS and Banner Still Flickers on every visit.
Set DNN Cache to heave -CSS and Banner Still Flickers on every visit.
I wish I could display or delay the loading with a page loading just so the user did not see this Annoying Page Flicker of all the css and jQuery snapping into place... it only lasts for 1.5 seconds but is very noticeable.
Please advise what I can inject into the Skin or the DNN Site home page jQuery to hide this 1.5 seconds of CSS or jQuery loading mayhem?
Note: I've contacted the skin coder from DNN Store and still no reply... its a great Skin... with the exception of the dreaded 1.5 second banner and div box flicker.
I was curious if the following link:(http://www.jqueryscript.net/loading/) with jQuery page loads would hurt my DNN site if I injected them into my home page?
Any other quick fixes recommended?
Kind regards to the forum.
