Here's a support response I got from Wistia. Anybody have any idea how to fix this?
Hi Alan,
I think I know what the cause is, but I can't test be
100% without know how your CMS is affecting our embeds. Video Foam isn't
working at all, if you shrink your browser on your desktop you should
see that it's not adjusting either.
When I looked at your source code, it appears your CMS is mangling our iframe embed, here's the current source code:
<iframe width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" name="wistia_embed" class="wistia_embed" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" src="//fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/duwghjnw4o?videoFoam=true"></iframe>
This is what the iframe embed should look like:
<iframe src="//
fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/duwghjnw4o?videoFoam=true" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" class="wistia_embed" name="wistia_embed" allowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen oallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen width="620" height="349"></iframe><script src="//
fast.wistia.net/assets/external/E-v1.js"></script>
I'm not sure why this is happening, but we've seen this sort of thing in WordPress when our users don't use the Wistia plugin for WordPress. But, we don't have a comparable plugin for DNN, the platform you use.
You'll have to figure out why our embed is being mangled, as I'm not sure what we can do if it's being disrupted by the CMS.
Please let me know if you have any further info to share, or have any questions. I'd like to help if I can.
Best,
Bobby
