I want to change the jQuery version DNN is loading, I see that the installed jquery version, but no options, just information

It does not permit me to change the CDN, version, or source directory,

I am logged in as host, I went into Host -> Host Settings ->Advanced Settings -> jQuery Settings

Are you able to install a new jQuery version in the JavaScript Libraries section under Host > Extensions as shown below?
